One pet per household, only allowed in certain units, we allow a cat or small dog, a caged bird, or a fish tank under 20 gallons. Pet must be appropriately vaccinated (based on species), sterilized, and registered by the city if applicable/required.

Parking Comment: Parking is first-come, first-served in the off-street lot. There is 1 spot allowed per licensed driver.
