College Hill Apartments is the perfect place for your student to live! College Hill Apartments are on floors 2 through 5 above Mercy College Admission, Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Success Center, EMS/EMT, Sonography, and adjacent to the Academic Center of Excellence. Thus, College Hill Apartments are very convenient to live at and attend school. We are also located just across the bridge from Mercy One where your student will have Clinicals and may even work part-time as well. At College Hill, almost everything is included in the rental price: Garbage, Laundry, Parking, Visitor Parking, Gym, Fire Pit, 24-hour Surveillance in Common Areas, Key Fob Entrance, and much more. A small set monthly utility fee will be billed to their resident ledger for Water and Electric. The Property Manager and Maintenance Technician have their offices on-site and are personally available. College Hill Apartments also has 2 Resident Assistants that live on site. The Resident Assistants are always available to the residents for lock-outs, and questions about the building, and they also plan monthly functions for the residents including catered food, games, and prizes.
